Hmmmm, Mundungus may not. Read n interesting notation on Wikipedia. For one, the hog's head barman is Dumbledore's brother....at least I believe so. Second, he was there when the contents of Dung's case went flying, and apparently left the scene "covering his neck"...
I read a fascinating theory that I believe I agree with but I don't want to say what it is bcause I am so convinced it is correct it would be like ruining the ending...
